Question 1

Who is the Adults program for?

Accepted Answer

Adults at any level: complete beginners, returning players and competitive players alike. For children and teens, see Explorers, Juniors and Youth. To play with your children, see Families.

Question 2

Private, semi-private or group?

Accepted Answer

Private is the fastest way to build your game. Semi-private lets you bring up to 3 friends or family members to share a coach, at a lower price per person. Groups and Legacy Complete are coming. Start with private or semi-private now and be ready to shine when your group begins. Have a group in mind? Tell us and we will build it with you.

Question 3

What level do I need to be?

Accepted Answer

Any level, from your first lesson on. The Legacy Introduction finds your starting point, and every session is built around your level.

Question 4

How often should I train?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your goals. In your first lesson we will recommend a rhythm that fits your life and the results you want.

Question 5

Can I play with my partner or friends?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Choose Semi-Private and bring up to 3 friends or family members to share a coach, at a lower price per person.

Question 6

Do you string and service rackets?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Legacy restrings and regrips rackets and checks your whole racket, from string and tension to grip size, so your equipment is always at its best. Hand your racket to your coach at a session and it comes back at your next one, usually within 2 to 3 days. Members can request it from their member area, and we confirm the details and price with you personally.

Question 7

What if I need to reschedule?

Accepted Answer

You can reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Within 24 hours a session can no longer be changed and counts as completed, except in a genuine emergency. If weather prevents play, we move your session indoors or give you a make-up session at no cost.

Question 8

How is my investment calculated?

Accepted Answer

Choose private or semi-private and how many days a week you want to train. Your program and monthly investment appear instantly, and you can reserve your place right away.
