We want everyone to be able to use this website and the Legacy app, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, zoom or voice control.
We design and test the website and the member area against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA: clear color contrast, text you can enlarge, a label on every form field, images described for screen readers, and pages you can use with a keyboard.
Every update is checked with automated accessibility tools, and pages are reviewed by hand on phones, tablets and laptops, in English and Spanish.
A few parts come from other providers, such as the map and the secure payment pages from Stripe. They follow their providers' own accessibility standards.
